Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I am a nurse practitioner who has been treating mental health illnesses for over 10 years. I am passionate about helping others and educating on the possible benefits of medication to support treatment goals.

I obtained my nursing degree from Grand Valley State University in 2008, a psychiatric-mental health nursing board certification in 2011, and a Master’s degree in nursing in 2017. I obtained a post graduate psychiatric mental health certification (PMHNP) from Saginaw Valley State University. I am in the process of obtaining my certification in advanced addiction and drug counselor (CAADC).

Over the past 13 years, I have worked with many different kinds of clients with varying mental health issues at all levels of care (inpatient to outpatient). Most recently, I have been providing mental health and substance use disorder care to individuals at all levels of care; individuals going through detox all the way to outpatient treatment.

It is my goal to provide comprehensive medication treatment to all my clients to help promote the best version of themselves. I approach treatment with my clients as a team approach, we are in this together. You will find that I am easy going, kind, honest and understand that we are all varying times in our life.

I enjoy working with all age groups but am currently only working with adults. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar, obsessive compulsive disorders, postpartum mood disorders, attention disorders, autism spectrum and psychosis.
