Brian Fujii is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy for those who struggle with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Brian has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as adult inpatient, child and adolescent inpatient, community mental health and private sector outpatient substance abuse treatment centers. Brian integrates his skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy and interpersonal counseling to help his clients overcome their substance dependence, mental health, and interpersonal relational issues. Brian’s areas of specialty are substance abuse, anger management, individual, couples, and trauma therapy.
Brian graduated with a B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and a Master of Divinity degree in counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He is board certified in both mental health and addictions by the National Board of Certified Counselors and holds a certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional by the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Brian is also a Presidential member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Brian enjoys spending his leisure time camping, running, and volunteering with the American Red Cross and Boy Scouts of America.
