ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
When life starts to change it can feel overwhelming and at times uncertain. Feelings of anxiety and depression may arise and impact your work, family, and/or relationships. When that happens, therapy is a great option to help work through the complicated feelings that life sometimes brings to the surface.
I received my Masters in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and have been in practice for 8 years. I have worked with both adolescents and adults, specializing in individuals going through life transitions. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy and no judgement. I utilize a variety of techniques to assist my clients in reaching the goals they have set and am honored to guide my clients though their hurts and be there to witness their triumphs.
It is my goal to create a safe space where my clients feel supported, seen, and comfortable so they can face and engage with emotions that may be challenging. It is my belief that people don't get over feelings - they need to acknowledge them and work through them. It would be my privilege to walk that journey with you.
