Hello and welcome! My name is Caitie (she/her) and I would be honored to walk alongside you to help navigate challenges, both big and small. I am a person-centered therapist who is dedicated to getting to know you and meeting you exactly where you are within your life journey. I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My goal is to support you in discovering your own strengths and resources while empowering you to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.

I graduated from Grand Valley State University with my Bachelor degree in the areas of sociology and women, gender, and sexuality studies in 2015. I then graduated from GVSU with my Masters in social work in 2018. I have been working as a social worker in the mental health field for over 6 years and have experience using a variety of therapy techniques to best support those I'm working with. It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey towards healing and growth, at your pace and on your terms.
