Welcome! I'm Christa, a dedicated professional with a passion for guiding individuals through life's challenges. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Social Work through the University of Michigan.

I specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate life's complexities, offering support and empowerment for a wide range of issues and challenges. My approach to counseling is rooted in respect, empowerment, and collaboration. I believe in meeting each individual where they are on their journey and tailoring my approach to suit their unique needs and goals using a variety of proven therapeutic approaches in a safe, non-judgmental space.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Grand Valley State University in 2010, and have a specialty certification in Behavioral Health. I have spent the last 14 years building my experience helping individuals from various backgrounds overcome barriers and achieve their goals. I have worked with individuals from ages 5 to 105. I also come from a neurodiverse family, giving me a unique perspective on neurodiverse relationships and on neurodiversity.
