ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Welcome! The decision to pursue therapy is a courageous one, so I am glad you have found Counseling Center of West Michigan. I have worked in a variety of settings including home health care, on college campuses, and in outpatient care centers. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Theology from Loras College in 2015. I then went on to obtain my Master of Social Work in 2020 from Sacred Heart University and have been working with individuals and families since then. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults to achieve their goals.
My desire is to create a safe and open environment for clients to share their stories. I enjoy working with individuals through transitions in life, anxiety, depression, grief, developing stronger communication skills, and integrating a Christian worldview into the therapy experience. I use various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, and Mindfulness. Together I want to work toward meeting goals that are important to you and will allow you to achieve the best outcome for you!
My therapeutic style is calm, empathetic, and person-centered. I look forward to the opportunity to hear your story and help you achieve your fullest potential.
