About me:
Life can sometimes make us feel weighted down and we have a hard time finding a way to balance all our emotions. Reaching out can be the first step toward healing. I like to provide a welcoming space, developing a rapport, and gradually build a relationship that helps you feel comfortable. I like to bring creativity and movement into my sessions.
Areas of Focus:
Certified in youth Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parenting Through Change (PTC).

Education:
I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Masters Degree in Social Work and hold a License of Social Work in the State Michigan. I have experience in several diverse settings including; hospital, community mental health, school, and private agencies.
