ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Relationships can be hard. Marriages will, at some point, become challenging. When they do I am here to help you find the balance, restore your family, and rebuild your relationship/marriage. I specialize in working with couples who simply need some extra help navigating challenging times. I work from a Solution-Focused and Collaborative approach. The most effective healing happens when we work together in order to get you to a better place. If you have found yourself secretly crying in the shower, unable to sleep, feeling like you are failing in your relationship/marriage, fighting over the little things, and/or no longer able to relate to your partner, then give me a call. I am here to help.
In addition, I can help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, grief, & stress related situations.
Outside of the office I continue to advocate for Mental Health awareness. I am the board Vice President for the National Alliance of Mental Illness-Genesee County Chapter. I often create and present workshops about self-care, boundaries, relationships, and various Mental Health topics across the country. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work as a Training Coach for the University of Michigan's Trails to Wellness program where I provide coaching on Evidence-Based Practices to school professionals about Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I also enjoy shopping at thrift stores, over decorating (if that's even a thing?) for holidays, and trying new Pinterest crafts.
