ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Hi, I’m Julia! I am a licensed master social worker and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor. I have provided outpatient therapy to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders who are incarcerated. I enjoy building relationships with clients and collaborating as a team to find solutions that work.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, I strive to meet clients where they are at and work on goals they prioritize. I have received training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Self Change, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I have experience and am comfortable working with clients from many walks of life, and am passionate about each individual receiving care that is valuable to them. My aim is to walk alongside clients and provide clinical interventions to support their individual goals.
