ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

I work with individuals age 18 and older who are specifically seeking EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). As a clinician, I have seen first-hand the powerful therapeutic effects of EMDR, leading me to specialize in this evidence-based treatment.

EMDR addresses trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, and many other significant life stressors. It is often used in conjunction with or as a supplement to other treatment approaches. With commitment, individuals can gain a better understanding of themselves and experience improved relationships and increased well-being.

Making the decision to participate in EMDR is brave and indicates a desire for change. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe space for individuals to learn, grow, and ultimately thrive.
