The challenges in life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, lonely, depressed, anxious, and many other emotions. Sharing your story takes courage. I strive to provide clients with a safe and nonjudgmental environment to process life’s stressors, enhance current strengths, and explore skills to improve communication, boundaries, healthy coping skills, and resilience.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and my Master’s in Social Work from the Ohio State University. I am skilled at CBT, brief solution focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and am DBT informed.

I have nearly 10 years of experience in providing mental health care in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and primary care settings. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults who have struggled with adjustment, depression, anxiety, mood and psychotic disorders, personality disorders, self harm, and suicidal thoughts.
