ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Hello, and welcome! I’m a licensed therapist with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, teens, children, and families across a wide range of life experiences and challenges.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect, heal, and grow. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, past trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways forward.
My style is gentle, warm, and often infused with humor—because sometimes, a little lightness can help us navigate even the heaviest things. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions, even when life feels messy or uncertain.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible—because I believe the process should be as unique as you are.
