I have over 30 years experience as a therapist in varying settings and with all ages. I graduated in 1990 from the University of Louisville. My early career began with a focus on treating children and adolescents with in-home, group and outdoor experiential therapy. As I have grown as a therapist, as well as experienced different stages of life; I have moved towards treating adults of all ages for anxiety, adjustment to life changes and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, OCD and post-postpartum anxiety and depression.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including evidence based treatments, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness. I believe my best therapeutic approach is to meet individuals where they are at and provide enough direction and support to assist each person in exploring their truth, needs and direction.
