My name is Lisa Allard and I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been providing therapy and human services for over 25 years. I have worked in non-profit and private practice settings. I have my Master’s degree from Western Michigan University and enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assault, parenting, relationships, anger, and communication.
I love working with a variety of people and offer realistic, practical support in helping you achieve your personal goals. I am supportive, genuine, and kind but firm as well when needed. I love to use humor in my work and desire real connections with you. I use Cognitive Behavioral interventions, psychoeducation, Solution Focused interventions and a Person-Centered approach.
In my free time I love to read, travel, hike, camp and spend time with my family.
