I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) with experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or life struggles (big or small), I offer a compassionate, person-centered, and solution-focused approach to help you navigate your journey.
With 15 years of experience working with diverse populations, I find particular fulfillment in helping young adults with disabilities—including ASD, ADHD, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities, and anxiety/depression—navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their place in the world.
