Hello and welcome. I have been helping adults with various issues including stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and addiction over the past 14 years. I'm an independent master's level social worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) . My training and work experience has included inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health and addiction therapy, crisis care, and training supervision. I am also a licensed pilot and specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety and phobias associated with flying and supporting performance related stressors for pilots and other professionals. In addition, I also specialize in working with first responders.
I believe in curating a holistic approach that fits your unique needs using my training in CBT, DBT,
mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and exposure therapy. I work diligently to understand your goals and collaborate with you to develop a plan for achieving these goals through our work together.
