Hello! It is a privilege to listen and talk with you about some of the difficulties you may be going through. I would love to hear your story and help you to discover and achieve your best life. I believe every person is unique and has the ability to learn to manage their lives in a way that makes them feel successful. My goal is to provide a safe and validating space for you to express yourself as you strive for a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Together, we will develop goals and a plan for your that promotes growth and change while utilizing your strengths that we discover along the way. A little about me- My education consists of a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Middle Tennessee State University, a Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Arts degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. I have a decade of work experience in the mental health field, both in outpatient as well as inpatient settings. I have significant cross cultural life experience, having lived in both Africa and Central Asia for almost ten years. Additionally, I have a wonderful husband and four teenagers (whom I homeschooled for 14 years) who keep life entertaining!
