My passion is working with people going through life transitions. This may be a career change, going to college, divorce, a recent move, lifestyle changes, chronic illness, anxiety or grief and loss. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, ages and situations, LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional romantic relationships. Change can be exciting but it can also be a source of stress and anxiety for so many of us. You are the expert on your life but I can help guide you through changes and adjusting to new circumstances.

I grew up in the West Michigan area and I know the joys and challenges of living in our community. I have been working in mental health for over 8 years. My counseling style uses eclectic techniques tailored to the strengths and needs of each person I work with. I am dedicated to providing effective and compassionate counseling to empower you to become your best self.
