Hi and welcome. My name is Savannah and my passion is to partner with people as they work to find their inner strength, discover personal resolutions, and cope with life’s ever many changes and difficulties. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions/adjustments, self-esteem, and women's issues.

I graduated from Webster University with a Masters in Counseling and have years of experience working with individuals in a variety of different settings. When you meet me, you'll see that I take a client centered approach. I use several treatment modalities such as ACT, mindfulness, CBT, and person-centered therapy.

You know your story better than anyone. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to a fuller and happier life.
