I am Spencer Galton, a dedicated therapist at The Counseling Center of West Michigan. I have a deep passion for helping individuals on their journey to healing, I specialize in working with those who are motivated to overcome complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders, OCD and ADHD, I believe in the power of experiential therapy and the transformational potential of Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ADEP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). These therapeutic approaches form the cornerstone of our practice, guiding my clients toward a more profound understanding of their inner worlds and the narratives that shape their lives. My primary focus is on working with individuals who are determined to overcome the challenges of complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Together, we will embark on a journey to discover the resilience and strength within you, allowing you to lead a life that is rich in purpose, connection, and personal fulfillment. On my free time I often times enjoy a good cigar and a good book and my hobbies include, Powerlifting, reading and spending time enjoying summer car rides and road trips.
