NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and have worked in both clinical and K-12 educational settings since 2015. I support that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and believe that the counseling experience should be client driven and unique to each individual. As a therapist I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and effect change in their own lives. I aim to empower clients to identify and draw on their strengths to gain deeper self-awareness, heal emotional wounds, navigate life transitions, and reach their personal goals. My ultimate goal is to assist clients in increasing their overall well-being by strengthening both resilience and happiness skills to improve mood and reduce the physical and emotional impacts of stress. I work with children, adolescents and women who are experiencing the impact of mild to moderate anxiety and depression, life transitions or changes, stress and trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns. My primary modalities of practice include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. As a certified yoga teacher, I also enjoy working with the regulating powers of breathwork and the energetic effects of the mind-body connection with clients who are interested.
