I am an Eclectic Counselor and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based and Psycho Educational Counseling. I use Play Therapy Counseling with children. A Holistic Approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit, and body are interconnected.

I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can be supported as they work toward change and grow, as well as become reconnected to their strengths and dreams.
