I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and then my Master's Degree in Counseling with a School Counseling Endorsement from Central Michigan University. I have 6 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including school counseling, crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, in home therapy with kids on probation, and non profit organizations.
I serve children, adolescents, couples, families, and groups in the following areas:

I am an Eclectic Counselor and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based and Psycho Educational Counseling. I use Play Therapy Counseling with children. A Holistic Approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit, and body are interconnected.
I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can be supported as they work toward change and grow, as well as become reconnected to their strengths and dreams.
