ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
When you hear the word therapy, do you visualize someone lying on a couch while the therapist listens?
If so, please know that therapy is much more of an experience than this visual.
I believe therapy should be interactive, collaborative, and real. An experience where you are fully heard, understood, and methods are tailored specifically to what is meaningful to you.
Can you imagine having fun in therapy?
I can! Life is ironic and laughter is a soothing balm to the soul.
What about play in therapy?
Yes! Play is an amazing way for children to feel connected, important, understood, and able to learn skills through what they love doing.
Can clients educate therapists?
Absolutely! What I consider my most valuable therapeutic knowledge was learned from clients. If this sounds like the therapy for you or your child, I would be honored to join you and/or your child on this journey!
