Sometimes life's waters become unsettled and it becomes difficult to remain afloat. As a therapist, I will embark on a journey with my clients where I am prepared to listen with a sense of curiosity to unravel experiences that seem confusing. During the course of therapy, an exploration of new ways to confront challenges and a quest to rediscover personal strengths will begin. The entire journey will involve collaborative efforts to better understand how to navigate life's storms and create an anchor of hope.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am most concerned with providing a meaningful counseling experience for my clients. For this reason, I approach each person with an open mind, warmth, and a genuine spirit so that clients can feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. Additionally, I will use a variety of counseling methods to create the best therapeutic style to meet the unique needs of each client. I enjoy incorporating elements of humor, relaxation techniques, including mindfulness practices, and expressive art activities to offer new ways for clients to process difficult emotions.
