Taking the next steps in seeking out therapy can be a really meaningful choice to make and I'm thankful to meet you here. Whether seeking support through a major life change, relational challenges, navigating mental health supports, past traumas, or making meaning out of the day-to-day, I consider it an honor to walk alongside you through the journey. My therapy style is authentic, warm, and supportive. I bring clinical experience supporting women, LGBTQIA+ folks, children, and teens through a variety of life experiences and challenges. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and use modalities including narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, humanistic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.It's a privilege to be able to support individuals through life’s ups and downs, and I look forward to potentially connecting with you along your journey.
