Patterns, pain, and prisons of the past often prevent us from experiencing the abundance that life has to offer. It is not uncommon to drift through life overrun by anxiety, stress, worry, fear, depression, grief, trauma, overworking, distraction, boredom, laziness, loneliness and so forth. These parts of you are trying hard to protect you from underlying pain, and by doing so they block your innate ability to be in a state of calm and compassion. This is where I come in: to offer gentleness, curiosity, and loving presence as a guide on your journey to healing.

Providing an opportunity to be seen, heard, acknowledged, and honored, my hope is for you to learn to do the same by nourishing yourself and your inner child. You hold everything you have ever wanted and dreamed of becoming. By shifting into the present moment, you can change all of your relationships both with yourself and with the world around you.

Originally I pursued social work to welcome resettling refugees to the United States. However, it was out of my own inner awakening after healing from trauma that inspired my passion to offer therapy to all who seek it. The following trainings inform much of my work including Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-sensitive Mindfulness, and various body-centered practices to support healing in all areas of life. I am honored to coalesce with all who openly or hesitantly want to better themselves. Everyone is accepted and encouraged to come as they are as well as to become who they wish to be.
