Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety, depression, or struggle with substance use and experience loneliness regularly as a result? Come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful connections.

I am passionate about creating a safe space for adolescents and adults in order to work towards making the changes needed for personal growth and success. I am here to help provide support, empower, and walk alongside you through your journey.

I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in social work and a minor in Substance Abuse Prevention and Education from Central Michigan University. I then went on to complete the Master’s Social Work Advanced Standing program at Grand Valley State University. With 12 years’ experience in the field, I utilize a strength-based approach to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide individualized therapy. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and certified as a Clinical Supervisor (CCS).
