Hello there! I am a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in providing counseling services to individuals of all ages.  My past work settings include child welfare, medical social work, and school counseling.   I provide outpatient counseling services to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum depression(PPMD), life stressors, and conflict within relationships. I also counsel children and teenagers who have difficulty with school, friendships, divorce, and family conflict, in which the root cause is often anxiety or depression.  The primary methods I utilize in my sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.

I believe that therapy is a collaboration between both the client and the therapist, working together to achieve the goals set forth by the client.  During your first counseling session, you will have the opportunity to share your story so that I may learn what brought you to counseling.  This will assist me in helping you to set goals for future sessions.  I am committed to providing respectful, confidential, and effective counseling services to my clients.

Seeking therapy is something you should never feel ashamed about. Making the brave decision to pursue therapy is the first step towards growth and taking your life back.  My practice is all inclusive; I do my very best to make you feel welcomed and accepted during every session. My goal is to create a safe space for you so that you may heal, grow and thrive.  I look forward to meeting you and learning your unique story!
