NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Welcome to CCWM - I am so glad to have you here. I have been working with individuals and families in various capacities since 2013. I graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2021 and I am a LMSW. I have experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, working within the child welfare/juvenile court system, and helping families to grow together and reach their goals. I am particularly passionate about working with children and their care providers to overcome adversity.

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and person-centered. I believe there are many ways to build a family and our differences are what make us beautiful. I value your role in the therapeutic process and believe you are the expert of your own life. My goal is to foster a safe environment where you can feel comfortable sharing without fear or judgement. I am here to walk alongside and support you in new and creative ways and empower you when life is difficult.

My areas of specialty include working with individuals and children who are in crisis, have a history of trauma, are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, family dynamics, daily-living tasks, and stress management. I value an eclectic approach and I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness.
