Life can be challenging, whether it’s adjusting to life changes and conflict, making difficult decisions, healing from traumatic events or exploring ways to increase self-esteem and self-satisfaction.  It takes courage to seek help.  I can provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to begin your process of self exploration and growth. Therapy can help identify areas of change, provide insight, support and perspective in talking about difficult and concerning life issues.

Working in the mental health field for than 20 years, I have gained experience in a variety of settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a person-centered and strength based therapeutic approach in the areas of depression, anxiety, conflict resolution, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, anger management, acute stress, childhood and adult trauma, family conflict, divorce, negative thinking, parent/child relationships, increase coping skills and building resilience.

I received a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Masters degree in counseling from Western Michigan University, licensed in the State of Michigan as a Limited License Psychologist for over 10 years.

I look forward to meeting with you as you begin your process of self-exploration, personal growth and empowerment.
