Hello and welcome, my name is Lindsey, I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Ferris State University, I have been practicing within the profession since 2017.
I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect to their intuition, work through heavy emotions, and achieve a more balanced way of living. I strive to create a compassionate, open, and safe environment for individuals to dedicate time for themselves. I believe that a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship can facilitate the healing, growth, and change that you seek.
My clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal dynamics, self-esteem/body image, self-exploration, and identity development.
I approach therapy with awareness that much of our present is informed by our past. I believe it is important that we learn, acknowledge, and seek to understand all parts of ourselves that make us whole. I find that this approach helps us to identify emotional and cognitive behavioral patterns that may be causing us conflict or dysregulation within our interpersonal relationships-and, most importantly, to the relationship we have with ourselves.
