Sometimes life can be overwhelming and feel out of control. As your counselor, my passion is to help you find your inner strength, discover your own personal resolutions, and cope with life’s ever many changes. I value your life experience, interests, and passions; and by providing a safe environment where you are free to explore your world, I will meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you cope with any difficulties you may be facing, such as cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness practices, and client-centered therapies.
I serve children ages 7 years and up, adolescents, adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions/adjustments, self-esteem, trauma, obsessions and compulsions, non-suicidal self-harm behaviors, women’s issues, and couples therapy.
