Hello, you may call me Becky. I'm a fully Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with many years of experience working in mental health as a clinical social worker in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and case management at a local hospital. I primarily assisted adults working through depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, daily life stressors, and co-occurring illness (substance use). I graduated with my Masters in Social Work at Spring Arbor University. Life can be challenging at times and feel so overwhelming. Through Motivational Interviewing, DBT & CBT skills, Person-Centered therapy, and Solution Focused therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, non judgemental, motivating environment where you can explore your strengths and challenge your weaknesses.
