Hello and welcome! My name is Kyle Dolce. I am a Temporary Limited License Psychologist. Life can be difficult with many challenges, so reaching out is an enormous first step in creating change.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. Before becoming a psychologist my experience included: working in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings with children, adolescents, and young adults for over 5 years. I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, life transitions, and navigating family dynamics. I look forward to assisting clients and their support systems as they navigate crisis, explore a mental health diagnosis and to establish change in their lives.
My approach to therapy is to include techniques that are engaging and most comfortable to you. I have experience working with a Person-Centered Approach as well as multiple evidence- based approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy), and SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy).
Let's tailor a plan of action together that best serves you. It is my goal to provide coping strategies and support for children, adolescents, and young adults. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together!
