I’m am excited to begin my private practice. Having the opportunity to be able to work with people experiencing mental health, substance abuse, trauma, and other issues, with full clinical support, so I can focus on client issues, is a dream come true.

It’s my passion personally, and professionally, to guide, and give tools, to those struggling with addictions, mental health and/or trauma issues. Most often, they need to know, and feel that there is hope, and that recovery will happen, if they do the work required to stay clean and sober. Which is to emotionally, spiritually, and physically, “walk the walk” of recovery. Doing the work on mental health stability, any trauma related issues, and emotional triggers, past or present, in addition to sober support meetings, are vital for sustained recovery and a sense of balance. Families are also part of the equation and need to invest in the process. Therapy is often recommended in order to explore co dependence, learn about family roles in the addiction cycle, and boundary setting.

I have experience in the mental health field and am familiar with how mental health, when not treated effectively, can interfere with every aspect of one’s life. I have personal experience with this, and have a passion to guide you on your journey to a happier life.

I have personal experience with addictions and the affects on the family and know all too well the pain and heartache that goes with it. I also know the victory of recovery and that living a life of sobriety is possible with the correct tools.

I am here to guide those wanting to live a healthier balanced lifestyle. I will walk along side and support you in a safe trustworthy environment.

In my personal time, you will find me spending my time with my 4 adult children, 6 grand children, my husband of 39 years, and my very active fur kids, a 70 lb, 11 month old, German Shepherd named Barón, and a 6 pound, spunky, Yorkie Pom, named Murphy.
