ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Hi, my name is Trinda and my approach to therapy is dependent on what works best for you. Every person is unique and ultimately the expert in their own life. I believe the body and mind are intricately connected and need to be examined together to accurately assess and reach a resolution for life's demands.

Counseling is my second career, my first was as a paramedic. My experience as a therapist includes crisis response, grief and loss, trauma, and the challenges that come with navigating life. I'm also an animal lover and believe pets are truly a gift from God.
