*Seeking Safety Group

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 7pm

Seeking Safety is an evidence-based group that addresses the needs of individuals who have experienced both substance use and trauma; which makes it a co-occurring (or dual-diagnosis) group. Seeking Safety isn’t your average group, it focuses more upon education and skill building than it does on sharing difficulties and group discussion. Goals include increasing your ability to stay safe; increasing self-respect; learning to trust; healing from PSTD and becoming substance-free; and making the present and future better than the past.
