NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

It’s no secret life is HARD. There’s no way to anticipate all of the obstacles we encounter on our journey through life. Sometimes the ways we learn to manage difficult emotions as children (and even adults) are harmful and unhealthy, making us feel depressed, anxious, and even hopeless for the future. I believe therapy is a powerful tool that can help us relearn positive ways of coping and change the trajectory of our futures.

In 2014, I graduated with a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration: Nonprofit Management and Leadership degree. Since then, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults within inpatient and partial hospital settings. I have helped clients and their support systems navigate crisis intervention, safety planning, self harm, difficulty within family dynamics, communication, and difficult life transitions.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. It is my goal to provide clients with a safe and nonjudgemental space to enhance current strengths, explore personal growth, and improve skills to manage future crises with increased resilience.
