ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Life comes with challenges of all shapes and sizes, and I am here to support you through your unique challenges. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical social work at Dordt University where I also completed my bachelor’s in psychology and healthcare communication. My passion has always been to help others, and I’ve gained experience doing so with children, adults, and older adults through a variety of challenges.

My goal is to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients and provide a safe space in which you are heard and understood. In my practice, I use a variety of theories and therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused practice. Together we will find what works best for you!

For all my clients, my goal is to help you identify and understand your current strengths and resources, explore personal growth, and understand how to cope through the present to improve your future. If you are interested in including spirituality or faith in sessions, I am open to exploring this with you as well. Whatever your background, I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
