Hello! My name is Emina and I'm a licensed professional counselor in Michigan.
 
I have over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications and graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My therapeutic approach is strength-based, client-centered and cognitive-behavioral. Treatment is tailored to the needs of my clients. I want to work with you to create a life worth living. I strive to create a safe, accepting, collaborative and empowering environment.
 
My post-graduate experience has been with Community Mental Health as an access center clinician and have been working on a specialized crisis stabilization team as a therapist since 2019. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, friends and two kittens. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, traveling, cooking, and making self care a priority.
