I received my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work from Grand Valley. I'm here to bring some serious spice to your therapy sessions. With experience in the wild world of adolescent psychology, I specialize in working with adolescents who are facing anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and other pesky issues.

I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy because I know that life can sometimes throw some seriously tough stuff your way. I understand that traumatic experiences can have a profound impact on your emotional well-being and shape the way you view yourself and the world around you.
