ACCEPTING NEW TESTING PATIENTS
As your therapist, I can help provide insight into challenging situations, offer a listening ear and empathetic support, and I want to be able to help you through your recovery journey. Every person's situation is unique, and I will be able to help you set personal goals, find symptom relief, develop problem-solving and coping skills, and improve your overall sense of self.
I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Webster Vienna Private University. Throughout those years, I gained experience tutoring and counseling individuals from various walks of life. I have been in practice for over four years and in that time, I worked with clients who have experienced mental illness such as dissociative disorders, suicidal ideation, crisis, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, psychosis, behavioral concerns, situational stress, sleep disturbances, and grief.
I will be a neutral voice, someone who will be accepting of what you are going through and walk with you through your recovery process. I like to use a variety of techniques such as CBT, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, and others. Regardless of where you are at in your recovery, I will meet you there.
