NOT CURRENTLY  ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

My approach to therapy is relationship-based and eclectic. I believe that everyone deserves a therapeutic approach tailored to them and their family and I like to develop a caring, mutual relationship with my clients.

I graduated from Northwestern University with my Master’s Degree in Counseling. I have extensive experience working with children and their families. In addition to working at CCWM, I also work as a Home Based Therapist for children and families. Through this work I continue to gain experience in working with individuals with cognitive impairments, individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and individuals who have experienced trauma. Prior to working in home based therapy, I worked in a residential treatment facility with children, teens, and young adults with severe mental health issues and cognitive impairments.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Mindfulness. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, family issues, and ASD. I also specialize in working with children and individuals who have experienced trauma and I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also work with families and have training in Parent Management Training – Oregon (PMTO) and Conscious Discipline.

If you have any questions about my experience or about what therapy might look like with me, please reach out! I look forward to hearing your story and helping you on your therapeutic journey.
