ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

You are likely reading this because you or someone you love is experiencing difficult times right now. You're probably struggling with what to do next, having tried everything you can think of to be less anxious, less depressed, less overwhelmed, less frustrated. I would like to share some good news - although experiences like these may be persistent, they don't have to be permanent.

As your therapist, I want your experience with me to be inviting, warm, engaging and productive. I deeply value trust, safety, and connection when we work together. I am here to help you to figure out what you want and need, to help you understand and sort out your most difficult feelings, and to help you gain insight into the reasons you do what you do - all to equip you for the changes you desire.

Allow me to come alongside you as we walk toward the life you want to live. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I work with adults on all types of concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, trauma, spiritual issues, codependency, addictions, and beyond. If you are a professional, a veteran, a person of faith, a young adult, in the healthcare field and/or struggling with any type of addiction, my background might be a particularly good fit for you. If you don't identify with any of these, no worries, my years of training and experience have equipped me to help people just like you as well.

Don't go another day feeling overwhelmed and under supported. Reach out! I'm looking forward to your call.
