The therapeutic process involves the development of a genuine relationship based on mutual respect and trust, so that true healing and growth can take place.
I specialize in using evidenced-based practices, while proving a supportive environment, to assist clients in overcoming anxiety and stress-related issues, so they can once again live purposeful, joy-filled lives.
As a clinician, I focus on mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, and healthy lifestyle interventions with children, teens, and adults. I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Biofeedback, and have experience working with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Sleep Disturbances, and Behavioral Concerns.
