I am passionate in working with people that have a desire to engage in growth personally. I have knowledge on how to help people find holistic, natural ways to approach health. I believe that the mind-body connection is vital to healing and growth.

I am experienced in treating people with anxiety, depression, relationship obstacles and self-esteem to list a few. Helping clients identify their strengths as well as areas in need of improvement is a major strength of mine. I approach each person as an individual, sessions are unique to the client and the needs presenting. It is my goal to provide you with a safe and welcoming space and to encourage you on your journey. I will meet you where you are at and without judgment help you find your way to where you wish to be.
