Welcome! Seeking out therapy is a decision that can be met with a multitude of feelings; from apprehension or uncertainty to excitement and anticipation. If you let it, engaging in therapy can also be incredibly freeing.

Life is complex, with each of us holding multiple roles within our one self. Whether it be child, friend, parent, student, confidant, partner, or something else, these roles often push and pull against each other. Sometimes, this push and pull becomes too much and we desire to have an outside party bear witness to our struggle and support us in the nuance of everyday life.

As a fully licensed clinical social worker, I have worked primarily with adolescents, young adults, and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, family or relational conflict, difficulty with life transitions, or stress. I most often utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.

No matter who my client is, my goal is to provide a relaxed, safe space for you to be heard and understood. The client-therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process, so my hope is that whether it be with myself or another clinician, you find the right connection to begin to address your personal goals.
