Hello! My name is Angela and I'm a licensed therapist in Michigan.

I have over 14 years experience in the mental health field. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My post-graduate experience have been with Community Mental Health as an Access/Crisis Clinician Psychiatric Care Navigator at a hospital setting, and a Mental Health Therapist within a school district.

Using a person-centered approach, I am passionate about helping others cope with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and crisis situations.

Given my education and experience, I am trained to work with trauma, personality disorders, and behavioral issues. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused CBT.

My therapy style is relaxed and holistic. My goal is to help you create a life worth living!
