Hello! My name is Ashlea Dull, I am a therapist with a passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of adolescents and young adults. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, but my heart truly lies in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their place in the world.
I graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. As a school social worker and previous therapist within the juvenile justice system I have gained valuable insights into the unique struggles faced by young people. My practice integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Above all, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I am passionate about advocating for youth mental health and dedicated to helping my clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and thrive. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I'm here to guide you towards a brighter future.
