ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Becoming a parent or caregiver doesn’t always feel the way you dreamed it would—and that can be incredibly isolating. You may worry that you’re the only one struggling with your child, but you’re not alone.

If you're having a hard time adjusting during pregnancy, feeling new or intensified anxiety or depression, or finding it difficult to connect with your baby or child, I’m here to offer support.

I can help you manage overwhelming thoughts or work through past trauma so you can be more present in your life and with your child.

If you have an infant, toddler or child who struggles to get through the day or you’re concerned about their social and emotional development and feel unsure of what else to do, I can help you figure out the next steps.

I specialize in clinically sound, attachment-based therapy as an endorsed Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health clinician. I believe that all parents and caregivers are doing the best they can—and sometimes, old patterns, memories, or beliefs can get in the way. Through a relationship-focused lens, we’ll work together to uncover your inner wisdom and strengths.

There is always hope. Sometimes, we just need a safe space to put words to our fears, worries, and struggles in order to move forward. You don’t have to do this alone—and you are good enough.

Please call for a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit on your journey forward.
